Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love, love, love Turbotax I utilized the Live Expert feature this year and loved it. I was truly baffled by HSA forms and questions this year, and Kathy worked with me for a few minutes and resolved my problem, answered my questions, and reassured me I was on the right track.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from State form can become unavailable forever Great experience with Federal form, mostly (but REALLY tedious interface to load contributions to lots of different organizations). Horrible experience with gateway to state form. Had to determine whether to file as married filing separately or married filing jointly, so created federal forms for both situations to compare. Working with little sleep early on Tax Day, I accidentally went ahead after finishing one of the forms and selected our state. Big mistake. That locked in our available state return to the filing status of the federal form I'd finished. Of course, I'd finished one of the "separately" forms, but comparison of our two options revealed that "jointly" was by far our better choice. No luck backing off of that single click identifying my state from the "separately" form. So finish ALL of your decision making about which form(s) to file before accepting the invitation to move on to the state form. TurboTax could warn about that. But it doesn't.
