Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sick of the after the fact charges! I'm so fed up with the after purchase charges for state - I get too far into the return to take another option. I'm reminded to do something different next year. Very frustrated.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Fair When it came time to electronically file, I had to print off the form to sign, scan it and then file. On most, you can electronically file. Come on, bring this software into the 21st century at least.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with changes and glitches this year I've been a TurboTax online user for many years. Normally I love the easy import of forms from financial institutions, etc., but this year was problem-filled. Several of these failed, requiring me to delete empty inputs and enter the forms manually. I had a 1099-R that would not allow me to edit it: the system insisted on trying to find the issuer even though that item is not available online. I was forced to delete previous years' info in order to be able to manually create and fill a form. My Schedule E was populated with duplicate entries I caught in the final review before filing: again, I had to fix this manually. There were way too many glitches for what should be a mature product, and it's fortunate that I was able to troubleshoot the problems, and that I am very careful and manually review my returns before filing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Trouble with fixing my problem I've used Turbo Tax for years and have always been very satisfied with the service and ease of use. This year however there was a problem with filing. My return got rejected because of the 8962 form and when it said "Fix It" that really wasn't very easy to do. I'm still not sure if I got it done right or not we'll just have to wait and see.
