Rated 1 out of 5 by from Predictable, Fixable Wording Problem You asked if I owned a home. I have a mortgage, so the bank owns my home. I had no idea what to do with the form having to do with mortgage interest payment, so I didn't enter it. If the "owning a home" step is covered in the cheap edition of TurboTax, I shouldn't have to pay out the nose for the more expensive version to address what is basically an error in wording.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lot's of challenges this year with the system!!!?! I struggled with the system this year. Difficulty setting up and then accessing when I needed it. Called for help from Turbo Tax staff but they admittedly could not resolve my issues. Luckily I just shut everything down, removed the software, and then re-started all over again! It mysteriously open and became accessible!?!?! Now I am having print any of my forms or copies of the tax documents that I needed!!!?!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A Scam I filed all of the information myself, then they forced me to upgrade at the very end, then mad no changes to my entered information and charged me $100. This is slimey and I will never file with them again.
