Rated 5 out of 5 by from Utmost Confidence with Turbo Tax! 2020 was a tricky year for most of us, so I leaned on Turbo Tax advisors 3 times and everyone was tremendous in response time, literacy, knowledge and friendliness! It is scary to know how to ask certain questions that aren't in "your territory of vast knowledge" but everyone really took the time to help me understand. Also, every advisor introduced theirselves and relayed their experience level, which I thought was an added relief and comfort to investing in the deluxe version. Thank you again this year, Turbo TAX peeps!!
