Rated 1 out of 5 by from Still can't transfer QBO data into TurboTax Still can't do a basic data transfer from one Intuit product into another without an extremely complicated workaround. It gave me an error repeatedly and never ended up working for me after I wasted hours of my time attempting the workaround. This must be some kind of joke....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Having to "reactivate" every time an update done It is absolutly infuriating to have to "Reactivate" turbo tax everytime the product is updated. It is also extremely irritating that you cannot look at past years taxes that were done using turbo tax. Seems like that is just fleecing your customers.

They and other tax preparation software giants have lobbied for years to keep the tax system complicated and to keep the IRS from filing your taxes for you like every other modern country does.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is REALLY BAD many places in the software are not working correctly, it is close to impossible to be able to speak to a live person, your automated "help" is totally horrible. But I do have to say the people who you can speak with, if youre lucky are REALLY WONDERFUL! VERY HELPFIL, VERY PATIENT, AND YOU CAN TELL THEY REALLY CARE.
