Rated 3 out of 5 by from TT is good, but a lot of built-in frustrations! The tax prep side of the program is good and complete --sometimes a little too step-by-step. The difficulty of knowing that it is connected to the Internet is very problematic. I also had to install 3 three times because it could not identify my DSL connection as being "ON".

Only suggestion is once information is populated, automatically populate it every time it comes up again. For example, once I enter Real Estate Taxes, every place that comes up again it should be pre-populated with the same number.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buggy even the day before the deadline. I think that my 30+ year relationship with Intuit is over. Had to go through the return multiple times to fix something the program thought was "estimated" but wasn't. Programs are supposed to improve over time. My experience is that TurboTax and Quicken and Quickbooks have regressed over time. There are better products out there and I will be using them next year.
