Rated 1 out of 5 by from Annoying Product TurboTax makes it difficult to use/retain affiliate discount through to checkout. And despite not utilizing any live support, I was forced into this edition. Neither the user nor support representatives are able to change the edition, so users are required to delete their tax return and start over to correct this. Not a great experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is extremely helpful I couldn't afford to pay someone to do my taxes this year and was worried on how much I would. TurboTax was so easy to use and so helpful. I learned a lot and don't think I will ever use another CPA again!

If memory serves they were patricia, cynthia, and a very slick lad who was a navy wife to a guy who served on destroyers, and whose name I absolutely do not recall. Very patient with a nervous and talkative old man--75--who is also dyslexic and hates web pages. You probably know who the last one is, she lived with her hubby on Pearl Harbor. Please ask around to give her her accolade!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Buggy! The 2019 version deleted my return when it performed an update. This is a well known problem. In 2020, when I tried to re-enter my data for 2019, it performed another update, then asked for a serial number. Wow. This year, I have been asked to input a serial number three times, always after an update. Fortunately, I had the number in an email. I no longer had the email from 2019, so I couldn't even re-input the data.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tax filing made simple Instructions are very clear, easy to follow. No complicated steps involved. The answers to questions are very helpful. I had one issue though, it didn't accept the charitable cash donation. Even thought it was a small amount I was asked to review as it was too big. It was under$100, Is this too large. So I typed 0.00 and worked.
