Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fool proof I have been using TurboTax for 11 years, I switched to them after realizing that having a child cause me to pay astonishingly more with another tax preparer. I have never looked back since that day. The service makes an overwhelmed mother of two able to answer all questions and if there is a question that I can not find an answer to then they are just a phone call away and able to help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Been using it for over 7 years it keeps getting more complicated each year with verifications and the like but its fine, i know its for security. just wish it automatically saved my returns each year instead of making me pay for that information to be saved.
