TT promised to have this resolved by Feb 17th but didnt. Then I get an email threatening to raise the price if I dont file by Feb 30th. I CANT FILE, YOUR SOFTWARE IS BROKEN!

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
