Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Filing I had high hopes coming into this filing season, but I wouldn’t say it pleased or displeased me. I really loved all the helpful tools during the process! But there is one thing that just grew me off. TurboTax shows the fees that will be taken out throughout filing, but not all of them. I would much rather see every single fee in the beginning to get them out of the way so I truly know how much I’m getting back. Instead of getting back the amount I expected the entire time, it’s lowered from an unexpected fee. Do I care about the fees amount? Not really, no. Would I have rather known upfront? ABSOLUTELY.
