Rated 5 out of 5 by from very user friendly I've used turbo tax on and off for years and they improve its usability and features each year. The process is intuitive and streamlined, and has a lot of helpful features to give you knowledge and understanding of the tedious tax filing system. There are some redirecting areas to third party partners of theirs that is misleading in its necessity. The site makes it seem initially that signing up with Kredit Karma is the only way to get a return, and there were a few other sections that had the same type of influence. The other options should be displayed initially with the promoted ones also. But other than that I have no complaints.
