Rated 4 out of 5 by from Got it Done! Filling out the tax forms was easy - clear and understood. Everything was fine until I go to the last page where I wanted to "Pay Now" with a credit card for the tax preparation by Turbo Tax. It would not let me. I called and spent quite a but of time online with a representative. We tried several different things including changing browsers but it still would not work. Finally I agreed to pay Turbo Tax from my refund. It will take quite a bit longer to get my refund but it was the only thing that worked. Turbo Tax did credit me for the cost normally charged to do this. The representative was very courteous and friendly and knowledgeable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE Turbo Tax! Every year I am very relaxed going into tax season. I know that Turbo Tax is going to make it simple and quick to do my taxes. This is my eighth year with Turbo Tax-- and I have no plans to change that!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from overcharged me. I am better of using standard deduction than self-employment but because of past returns you made me change to Turbo Tax Self-employed and charged me $40.00 more, I won't be using you next year nor recommending you.
