Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needs a little simplification I used Turbo Tax Service to file my 2020 taxes very easily. TurboTax was too difficult fo me to complete my 2021 taxes independently. The service needs to be simpler, maybe use layman's terms in parenthesis next to each question to make it easier for the average person to complete. I will use Turbotax again because of my confidence in the accuracy of the tax preparation.
