This year I wanted the free or lowest cost option and because they automatically used the higher priced option when i started my taxes this year, I had to completely clear out everything I entered in order to change the product type. Not cool, turbo tax!!

If I do run into problems the live assistants are quick to resolve the issue or admit they do not know and ask a more experienced person to get the correct answer. I find Turbo Tax refreshingly honest and upright.
