Rated 3 out of 5 by from Generally very good! One drawback this year. I found the entire process straight forward, easy to understand and fill out. My one complaint was at the very end when I went to eFile both my Federal and State I would get an error that stated: "Your transmission didn't go through We could not file our return for the following reason: Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available." Apparently, the reason was that North Carolina forms were not yet added to TurboTax. My complaint is that the message should reflect the problem more accurately. I didn't know if it was something I did, TT did, a server outage, etc. Reword the message!
