Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had Some Hiccups This Year, Usually I give 5 stars I have been using Turbo Tax for 7 years and love it. This year, however, it said we paid too much social security tax and had to upgrade. Social Security tax is 6.2% of the social security wages. I triple checked the W2s and they are correct. I triple checked the amounts I entered into Turbo Tax and they were correct. I have been reading some reviews where the social security tax was over 3 cents and people were required to upgrade to the $60 version. Seems like a sneaky way on Turbo's part to get people to upgrade. Keep the 3 cents and I will keep my $60. I wouldn't mind paying $20 every year to use Turbo Tax instead of it being free, but don't force me to upgrade by blocking me from moving forward unless I upgrade.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Boxes supposed to be blank arnt allowed box 15 isn't supposed to be filled in if you are in a state with no income tax, yet when i try leaving it blank it wouldn't let me leave it alone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is so helpful:) Turbotax is very easy to navigate and has so many external links as help to understand. As someone who had to learn how to do taxes on their own, TurboTax was very helpful and not intimidating.
