Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good, for the most part This is my 4th year in a row using Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax makes filing taxes super easy, especially with a standard, less complicating W-2 like mine. However, I'm giving 1 star because while everything else is great, it FORCED me to upgrade to the Pro version to claim a $21 tax break ... so I had to spend $117 with taxes/fees all to claim $21?! What in the world is the point of that?! I've just lost way more money than I earned for that tax break and I am highly disappointed. I will be using a different company next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Two bugs - Charitable contributions and phone num Everything was fine, except two bugs - I couldn't claim my charitable tax deduction because it wouldn't accept any number. The fixes I found online didn't work, so I deleted my deductions to file electronically. I also couldn't change my phone number, which is a landline, to something I could get a text from. Again, the online help menu's referenced fields that I couldn't see on my account profile.
