Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frustration with being able to talk with someone. Basically Rating is very good, One detail that was very annoying/time consuming was the ability to enter "Other Income". EVENTUALLY I was able to get through to a live person who pointed out that I had not chosen (and paid for) a Tax Advisor. I had to point out that I didn't need/want TAX ADVICE but help in finding how to bring up the Schedule 1 form. The person directed me to the Tools Section on the Menu and I was then able to complete my Income Section. Point is that your "1000 Robot questions and answers" will NEVER be able to cover ALL situations. Make it easier to talk with a live Person!!! Thanks.
