Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best anymore I have used Turbo Tax for years. The product used to be free but now you must pay. I understand things change. My issue is when you pay and then they trick you into paying deducting the amount from your refund. I am paying $39 so when they asked if i'd like to deduct from my refund I thought it was the intitial $39. no its an additional. They have become very trickery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Ease of Use I resisted using turbo tax for a long time. I always prepared my taxes manually. Since using turbox tax last year, I will continue to use turbo tax. Turbox tax is great. It makes filing taxes easier and faster. All I do is provide W2, 1099, etc information and turbox tax does the rest.
