After moving from SC back to Ohio in late Dec. 2020 we filed with H&R Block because of time and we had sold our house and we wan ted to be sure we took care of everything after living in retirement for 15 yrs. Had problems with verification codes, pass words etc. Was clunky. I couldn't get to my 2019 return which was the last one I filed with TT. So---I created a new acct.

I did struggle for a minute with the new format and the fact that they are really pushing for you to use a person to prepare the taxes. It took me a minute just to NOT use them and enter my own numbers! Other than that, smooth sailing
