Rated 4 out of 5 by from A little longer this year. I used the basic product Turbo tax is very good if you don't have a lot of extra things to add to your return. If you have a more complicated return I suggest upgrading!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great! I have been using TurboTax for years and never had a problem. This year there was a problem with firm D400 which delayed my bing able to file. I still love TurboTax but I think my payment should not have been processed until I could actually file. I was able to file today so all is well in NC.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unnecessary Fees Staff was very helpful in answering my questions and the site is fairly easy to use, especially for newbies like myself. However, I was charged for utilizing that help even though I was under the impression it was included. In addition, it is not fair that I have to pay to add itemized deductions to my taxes. If I am owed it, why do I have to pay to claim it? Same with paying fees with my tax return. Why would I have to pay an additional $40 to pay off $70?
