My Turbo Tax program showed one line and with that I could pull up last years taxes and figure out the mistake.Six hour later I still haven't been able to amend last years taxes. Without being able to go to forms it takes forever to navigate the program.

There are many help buttons to clarify and explain what information is being requested and why. I liked the options to use email or phone to upload documents. My return was not a very complicated one, however
