Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Free Edition is Awesome!!! Used the Free Edition to file 16 yr old child's tax withholdings and it was easy and support team (Evelyn) was outstanding to work with. Highly recommended.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hidden fees are unethical I made an extremely small amount of money from stocks, and Turbotax allowed me to file my entire return before informing me at the very end that I needed to upgrade to file in entirety. They quotes $120 for the upgrade, and then after taking my credit card information, charged me over $250 by including additional fees for each state. I am frustrated and discouraged by the lack of transparency and "gotcha" nature of the hiddens costs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Satisfied This year filing with TurboTax was more complicated then ever before. Questioned going to a specialist the whole time I was filing my taxes. Pretty sure I did something wrong and I will end up at a specialist regardless.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax TY 2022 We've been Turbo Tax customers for years. This tax year's (2022) software program seemed to be more confusing/less informative than it has been in the past. That could be because our tax laws are getting too complicated for the normal Joe or Jane to file on their own. Could someone change that please?
