Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Has Tripped A Little Have used TT for many years, Windows and later Mac. This year was the most difficult to install and were I not familiar with technology, I would have been on the phone for quite a while asking "Why?" The Rental and Royalty section was easier than in past years. It's still a good product though, and saves many hours. I like the ability to transfer 1099 and other documents from financial firms. Will definitely use again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to understand and file electronically I like using Turbo Tax in the comfort of my home, it walks you through everything! We decided to use Jackson Hewitt only last year due to a glitch on my part. I've used Turbo Tax for years prior. I plan on continuing to use Turbo Tax. I really like that your prior years taxes are saved.
