Much of the information prompted by Turbotax don't match the information on 1099's or other forms--and poor documentation if you try to figure it out. No way to print out just the forms that have data. Hard to go back and forth to edit an error I made.Takes longer, costs more. Prompts for Form 1095 B puts you In a dead end. Does anyone at Turbotax ever try to use their program???? Loading data from institutions (banks etc don't work). I don't understand the great reviews. Not great by my standards. GRRR

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DOES THE TAXES BUT NOT FREE! I PURCHASED THIS VERSION SO THERE WOULD BE NO FILING FEES...WHEN DONE WAS CHARGED $40.00 TO FILE MY FREE FILING TAXES! I SUPPOSE ITS CHEAPER THAN A CPA, BUT NOT SPECIFIED PRIOR TO PURCHASE

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees I love using Turbo Tax. It is very easy and user friendly... but, I was forced to upgrade to $59 because of a Health Savings Account that my family does not use! Then I get to the final page and I'm being charged ANOTHER $39 on top of that to use my return to pay for the $59 that I don't want to spend! That's annoying! Just call it $98 and be done with it!

Made it easy to check against the information it put. Made this entire process simple easy and streamlined

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Easy and I had two states to do Did federal and two states with rentals all in less than 3 hours. Had to get help a couple of times and people were very nice and informative. Got me back on track. This was my 8th year and as always well worth the price.
