With my first time being a TurboTax user I was hesitate at first and frankly got stuck with all the forms I received in the mail and didn't know where to start. With all the goofy numbers associated on those forms I immediately directed myself to a TurboTax Expert and we had a blast. Not only learning about eachothers cultures and inspiration in our careers they were so helpful in walking through step by step by information I needed to complete. The screen sharing was an added bonus to ensure I was entering in the correct information as well as learning more about each section for the requirements to complete. My experience 50/10. Thank you!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from East but EXPENSIVE! TurboTax does a great job. I never have any issues, and all explanations and help features are easy to understand. My only drawback is hoe expensive it is. A third of my combined state and federal return are used to pay for it.
