Rated 1 out of 5 by from Claims to be FREE but always charges you so much The service is fine easy to use but I dont know why they always advertise this as free everywhere when in all actuality they take more than 10% of your return from you. I get it they need to make money to pay people to run the software but just stop advertising its free when its not!!!!!

This year, I had to manually enter the majority of my information :(. This sadly will be the last time I use them and have been using Turbo Tax for 2 decades.
