They walk you through every stepI've been using Turbo Tax for years. If you're not sure if you need to itemize, you can go through the steps and TT will let you know which deduction is the best option for you. If you're not sure on deductions, forms, etc you can ask a question as you are working on your return.

Turbo TaxI love using this product but could not transmit this year to the Federal Government! It kept giving me an error code that I needed an update. Yet, when I left the program and returned there was no update. I finally decided just to mail the return.
