He went above and beyond to help me with all my concerns and his customer service was top notch! I hope for business hire individuals like Rafael because I was seriously impressed! I’ve used turbo tax for many years but this was the first time I had TurboTax actually do my taxes for me! I give a rating of 10 out of 10 for all the help I had today!!

The biggest annoyance was the inability to import data from more than one account at a given institution. Once you put in credentials you can't change them or add an additional account.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too expensive for what it is. I could go to an accountant and pay the same amount as this. Then you want to charge extra to take my payment out of my return. It seems like every other page is trying to upsell me a different product. And then you charge too much for a state with no income taxes.
