Rated 3 out of 5 by from easy but got too expensive fairly easy if you don't have a lot of factors that go into your taxes, but they have gotten way too expensive. I've been using them for years but this will probably be my last year. It is just not worth it anymore. There are cheaper options that provide the same quality and assistance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Why isn't Quickbooks online able to transfer info? I don't understand why data won't sync between Quickbooks online and Turbotax. The help desk couldn't help at all. My desktop version of Quickbooks is no longer supported so I changed to the online version thinking it would be seamless. I was wrong. I figured it out but had to do a lot more manual work than previous years.
