Rated 2 out of 5 by from Upgrading Causes excess problems 2022 Deluxe does not include Schedule C, Upgraded to "Home & Business" and completed Fed taxes. Opened State return and completed and it reverted to "Deluxe". That caused e-file to be rejected twice, Tech support no help after 3 calls and 4 hours on t calls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to file simple returns From sitting down to my computer to printing out the return was only 27 minutes. And only 8 minutes for the actual filing. Quick, simple and easy!!! The more times you use it, the quicker it gets. I used H&R for years and and then I used TurboTax 2 yrs just to compare. Always got the same return quantity!!! So save the money and do it yourself!!!!i

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy tax preparation I had started this on 3/03/2023 and didn’t have any response. I contacted TurboTax and Bill became my tax preparer. He was clear, polite and knowledgeable. He made it very easy to complete the tax return. He’s someone I would highly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2022 Turbo Tax Review. I've been a TurboTax user for many years. This year has been a challenge using the software. Very confusing when ads for services pop up for add-ons. You have to use back page button to get out of other screens quite often. Feels like they are directing you to buy more and more add-ons. Please keep add-on ads for services after completing the return. Just too confusing!
