Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as Good as Before After many many years of using TurboTax I was disappointed with the product this year. It is no longer as intuitive and easy to use as it once was. The pop ups for more information were not as helpful as in previous years. Perhaps its due to more complexity in the tax laws - I don't know - but I didn't have the same high level of confidence in the process as I have had before. Overall somewhat disappointed in the product this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is reliable form of tax filing I have been filing with Turbo tax since 2016 when I was a teenager. I am now 26 years old and still filing with turbo tax. It is clear and direct and helpful resources along the process when filing. I strongly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fixed an Error in just Minutes I received a notice my returns had been rejected by the IRS. Turbo Tax quickly found the mistake, ( I had punched in 1 wrong number), Turbo Tax took me right where the change needed to be, and I resent my returns in just a few minutes.
