Rated 4 out of 5 by from Service Great - Taxes HIGH Easy to use & fast - Considering how high cost of living is NOW, it would be great if Turbo Tax recommended states that have lowest cost living & lowest taxes. It would be great if Turbo tax could take all the information & list the states with the most benefits & most "deficits" to live in. Personally, My state is getting less & less attractive to live in. in my opinion this country is no longer (& hasn't been truly) lead by the people for the people. In the end, the laws or morals of God are what gave the United States an edge but the more people look to mankind (politicians they don't know to make financial decisions for them) rather than God to "help" them, the more the laws (morals) will be changed to please the eyes of mankind. Morals mean nothing when God is not present. All becomes "good" when it benefits a person in some way...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Intuitive to use As always was very straightforward to use TurboTax in getting my taxes done. I liked the new racetrack feature which shows you how long it can take to get taxes done. One thing that would be great is if the live tax chat feature was provided under the basic tax prep plan.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Expensive I use TurboTax because I want to make sure I do my taxes correctly, but it is very expensive. I didn't get help from any of their tax professionals or their Max Protection. It still cost over $200.

I enjoy sitting down in a quiet space preparing my taxes every year, thanks to your software, suggestions, tips, and guidance along the way

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I declined premium services but was still charged I specifically opted out of premium services but was still charged $44. When I saw that on the final review page, I went back and opted out again, but yet it still remained. I also opted out of the Experian identity part so I'm not getting any value from this $44 and don't want it, but as far as I can tell there was no way to not pay for it. Dark design pattern.
