Rated 1 out of 5 by from Basic math does not foot on summary screen federal tax summary screen which shows federal amounts due less amount paid does not foot. This number was out by $1000 and when I called customer service, they were unable to explain why basic math is not performed correctly. This shattered my confidence in the 5 hour process and as a former auditor I lost all confidence in the hidden math leading to the liability shown.

Error check got stuck on missing unasked-for and irrelevant beneficiary %s. Massachusetts form was simply garbage- "imported" huge non-existent short term CGs from Fed out of thin air. Did MA by hand in <1 hour instead, wasted $58.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbox Tax Saved Big Bucks Amazingly Informative and Easy! Turbo Tax preparation Fee is substantially less than what I paid last few years. Turbo Tax is an educative Tax filing software which translates hard to understand tax policies to easy to grasp and use.
