Today I had a return that was out of my realm of experience. I first turned to Tax Act and must briefly say, the advice given led me down a tangled path. I spent a great deal of time in frustration, then took a break, and chose Turbo Tax. I was delighted to breeze through their well laid out site and wondered why I had not tried Turbo Tax before. Yes, I made some calls for assistance/advice and each call was readily/politely handled. For the price, I still say it's a bargain because of how incredibly well this tax preparation went, of course all due to Team Turbo. I encourage anyone, everyone to use their service! Respectfully, I thank you Turbo Tax!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Well I like how easy it is to use. If i had all my documents prepared i would have been done in an hour. I absolutely hate constantly trying to get me to up the price and how the fee keeps increasing until i get to submission. It is ridiculous that i cannot submit this review without putting a nickname instead of it just being anonymous.
