Rated 4 out of 5 by from fix data entry selection boxes I find it very frustrating to have mouse over hidden selection choices. I much prefer delineated boxes that high when active. Otherwise not bad.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Never Free like advertised!!!! Its a great system don't get me wrong but if the ad says "File Free" why at the end am I paying $150+? It never fails. I go with this product because of the "FREE" ads and then I spend all this time to do it, make sure I don't do any add ons that they recommend, but nope still pulling out my card by the end. Just annoying. But this product is great and that why I file anyways.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple to use with great features to explain thing Had been years since I used Turbo Tax, but my returns have gotten less complicated over time and didn't like paying high paid preparer fees. Found Turbo Tax to be very good product, covered every situation I needed.

I had a super easy experience filing with the help of local tax expert Harold, he was so sweet, answered all my questions, was very patient, and really knows his stuff. Thank you so much Harold for all your help, God bless you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Getting way too expensive I feel that every other page is trying to pressure the customer into paying more money and then just because I needed one schedule printed out I ended up paying an additional $119. I've use Turbotax since around 2004 or 2005 and I will be researching other companies before the next time I file.
