Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent! Until I'm charged to use my bank It's always easy to use TurboTax and I'm so glad they exist to make filing my taxes less stressful and awful. The site walked me through any and every question I could think of. I was terribly disappointed that their fee went up so much this year AND they charged me $40 to have my refund deposited into my own bank account. I think that's slimy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax isn't convenient anymore I couldn't use the basic/free form and was charged $118 to use the deluxe version. After choosing to have that amount taken out of my refund, I realized that there was an extra $39 fee to process this. I also had to answer questions just to receive a previous year's tax return. Why is that even necessary? I pay for services and should have access to them without having to answer questions about it. I feel that this service is no longer convenient and it may be easier to go with a professional. People are struggling as is and every business is choosing to take advantage of people instead of actually assisting us.
