Liked previously used tax program better only because the format was easier to read/enter plus I had the ability to look at a form at the same time I was entering data. The download version of Turbo Tax seemed very "old school". Also, I did the Intuit version on line prior to buying the downloadable version and there was a discrepancy in refund amounts. Also, the online version allowed me to upload tax data from a file. The downloadable version did not have this option, only offering to pull the data after signing in to my account. I was originally going to be charged $59 to efile my state taxes but was offered a coupon for $25/efile. Had I not gotten the coupon I would have mailed my taxes in. $59 is too expensive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really I am using the least expensive option for Turbo Tax. That should be sufficient for me to e-file my return. Apparently it is not. I was rejected by the IRS twice because I did not enter my spouse's IRS PIN she was given in 2022. This was stated by TurboTax and said we could fix it. However, they NEVER took me to the page that required entry of said PIN. Therefore, I have to print and email the return. It is unacceptable that they do not DIRECTLY send you to the place in the return where the missing information is needed, they just take you to a general section which apparently does not have the location of the needed missing information. I have been a long time user of TurboTax, but I guess it is time to move on.
