I don't ever remember them asking this many questions, I'm confused on why I don't pay the usual amount that I have for the past 8 years excluding last year due to the advanced child tax credit and wish I would have as Tax Pro's prepared them and I have yet to receive my return from 2021... Instead of the $45 to $60 they have gone up to $119 min plus the original $39.99 which was so appealing and why I chose them every year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax It Sucked!!! Overpriced when getting money back from state and owing federal it considered it difficult return and made me pay 59 for Maine and 59 for Federal to file. I do not recommend to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I actually look forward to doing my taxes! I have been doing our family's taxes ever since a private preparer made a huge error costing us quite a bit of money. Never again! The step by step process makes it easy to prepare everything and assures me that I have the proper deductions. I enjoy the process!

I experienced some technical difficulties with a certain section of the process, but they figured it out for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I can't believe I have to pay to do taxes I wasn't able to edit my forms directly UNLESS I had the download/software version. So I bought that AFTER I already paid to submit the taxes online BECAUSE the online version assigned a form I didn't need which created an endless loop of trying to edit two f'ing fields. I will be looking for a different software solution next year. Waste of time and money.
