Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is SO easy to use it's almost fun Easy to use, asks all the right questions, and when I couldn't find the EV tax credit all I had to do was search it up. SO easy. Using the QR code to upload documents was not only cool but super easy to use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is getting slower and more difficult Its getting more difficult to navigate and return to previous sections. I am going to look at H and R Block next year because it is cheaper. I feel like paying more for Turbo Tax is not an adequate return on investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Exceeding My Expectation After many years of using TurboTax, I am amazed at how filing my taxes each year gets easier. I like the clock which it gives you an estimate of how long it will take to complete your taxes. Thank you, wonderful tax filing tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WAYY BETTER THAN H&R hey guys, this is dummy proof. at least for me; i have a 9mm hole in my brain. sometimes, things that seem straight forward, aren't. that is just my reality. so, thank you. one BIG suggestion: could we make transporting stock info (adjusted cost basis, gains, losses; basically stock jargon) a bit more expressive? I had trouble figuring out what numbers went where. For example, i did not know 'basis' tab on turbo tax actually referred to adjusted cost basis. i had to youtube this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too many bugs Too many bugs. The worst was trying to efile my federal and state (MA) returns, for a trust. Finally had to go back and file by mail. Also, when saving and trying to log back in, your highlighted address wouldn't connect. Went to top left menu and selected address, which worked fine.

I literally had to fight all out and skip several verification steps just to be able to even file! Since you see your text and call verification system does not work! Before you say it my finance literally called me on the EXACT SAME number that your broken system could not access less than a few hours ago! So pardon me for believing that my phone number works! The net result was simply changing my email address just to be able to file was an act of God! Add to this that the exact same broken system keeps getting pushed into your face over and over. Another fun one, I hadn't even finished fighting your broken system to file my taxes and it was pushing me for a review! Guess what kind of review your product recieved! What the Hell happened to your company? You used to be a very solid product. Yet to simply file for a return that literally was almost not worth filling for became a nightmarish task! Get your game back folks! I've used your product for as long as I can remember and it't never been this bad!
