Rated 2 out of 5 by from too much $$$ for mediocre after 8 attempts to file the site had to be exited and reloaded before working. its too expensive to simply file your returns and all the fees are not clearly stated before. You HAVE to pay 50$ more if you dont get a standard W2 but they dont tell you until filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is AWESOME!!!! I have used Turbo tax for the free filing and today (3/19/23) I used Turbo tax live and Wendy was the agent that helped me through it all and she was amazingly helpful,patient and knowledgeable!! Well worth the money!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fine, but constantly trying to upsell I have used TurboTax many times now, and it's... fine. It walks you through all of the steps, and it's fairly user-friendly. It's a little overly cutesy, but whatever. What's annoying is that it's constantly trying to stress you out about whether or not you might want additional protections, upselling you to a higher rate. Also, I chose to print and send in my returns last year, and it made me enter everything again, like it was pretending it had no idea what the numbers were. Pretty passive aggressive, for a computer program.
