Went all the way through with the "free" version, only to be forced to upgrade at the end for something that has been free for years. This will be the last year that we use Turbo Tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use, but beware of hidden fees Very easy to use, but there are ways in which the "free" service can be converted into Premium without selecting. I even tried to "clear and restart" my tax filing to make it so i didn't have to pay $119, plus an addition state filing fee in the amount of $39, but still at the very end of my filing (after the 2nd time entering all of my information in) is when you can expect to see charges. I could end up paying someone locally less than what Turbo Tax charges at the end.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Helpful but Kinda Pricey TurboTax makes it fairly easy to file your federal and state taxes. They ask all the relevant questions and offer different levels of assistance for filing. There are a lot of fees (like I'm paying almost $40 to have my TurboTax cost deducted from my federal tax return).
