Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Need Work I have been a user of TurboTax since it was placed on the market. For the past two years I have been unable to download investment account information which is one of the primary reasons I have continued to use TT. I used an 800 help number twice and each time had a very curtious tech assistant that could not solve my problem Case #1516053369. I upgraded to TT Premier trying to help but that did not solve the problem between TT, Charles Schwab and Vanguard. What should I do next year? Professional help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Continues To Work For Me It is beneficial to use the "walk through" feature because I am not aware of all the nuances. Also, appreciate being able to download my investment information (it is complicated) and to have last year"s info imported.

This year I was especially pleased because I had a huge amount of transactions to input. But thanks to the ability to import transactions for my Brokerage account, it was simple and quick.
