Rated 5 out of 5 by from There's a bug at the last step of e-file submissio It will keep asking me to review W-2 box 10, and it is looping forever so I cannot submit it. At last I deleted the "0" number even if I don't have more than 1$ dollar on my W-2 box 10. It's just a bit weird. But I like that this software version is much cheaper than web version. Web version has too much price hike this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I always use Turbo Tax, so great! I always use Turbo Tax. Usually my taxes are simple, but the past few years I need extra help and the Turbo Tax experts were so helpful. When the chat wasn't working the expert called and walked me through step by step.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It used to be better I've used turbo tax for years and for some reason this year I found a lot of questions on my tax forms that I couldn't understand and no explanation of what they meant it was very stressful next year I think I'll consider another tax preparation service.
