Rated 4 out of 5 by from turboTax is OK, TurboTax Is fine, But it could be laid out better for people with one or 2 investments without going through all the situations that everybody goes through and an earlier entry for social security, and requiring a certain number of numbers that a statement from a company don't have, It's taken me over 3 hours to figuure out some of the stuff that don't apply to me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax made error when calculating state return I work as a live-in home health aide receiving medicaide waiver payments. For federal taxes, this income is excluded, but since I am not directly related to the person I care for, Iowa income taxes should apply. Your software has no way of distinguishing between the two. I spoke with customer service and they refused to help without upgrading, instead I will correct it myself and mail return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was easy to use Leanna was so kind, helpful, thorough and patient in helping me get answers for EV tax credits. Then she walked me through finishing up my return, including assistance in additional forms for my deceased spouse. There is a flaw for medical expenses. Despite entering all the information that section shows up as needing review and never reflects the data entered as in all other categories. Perhaps it is because it was determined I should take a standard deduction.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is fantastic! Cathrine is the best! Cathrine was my accountant this year with Turbo Tax. She worked with me all the way through, even sorting through my invoices to help with my profit loss statement, and provided additional sources of deductions. This was a massive help as I have just started my business! I am very thankful to both her and Turbo Tax for this service.
