Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've recommended this to so many! 9 times out of 10, I have SERO complaints about this product and the services offered, but this year was a little sticky. For some reason, it refuses to accept my daughter's SSN, rough uts the same as its always been. It carries over each year so I don't have to bother re-entering it, I rechecked it a thousand times, and yet it continues to be rejected by the IRS.

She walked me through everything and was clear and it was very evident she knew what she was doing. even with the difficulties of the website . she worked through them and still was able to get done what was needed. I highly recommend working with her as she was amazing and was very fun to chat with!.
