Rated 1 out of 5 by from So frustrating Kept getting error messages when the program was doing a final review. It halved my refunds, seemingly randomly, when I wrapped up federal and tried to move on to State. I finally had to clear and start over. After starting over I had to google search the error messages in order to finish my return, none of the help or search options in the turbotax app would load. I finally was able to complete my returns by googling the problem - other people were having the same issues. I’m not sure I’ll use this program again, the bugs meant my taxes took at least twice as long and if I hadn’t realized there was a problem and started over I would have only gotten half my refund!
