Turbotax has created an easy to use system so you can file your taxes with ease and confidence. If there is something you don't understand they have links that will break down the information for you. They also give you an option to talk to expert if you still need that one-one interaction.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bump in the road The preparations of my taxes was quick and very helpful. I managed an additional credit that I did not realize was available. The bump was in the paying for the service. The additional charge for having the fee taken out of the return was "hidden" in the legalize of the form. It would have been nice if it was more clearly stated. The gentleman that walked me back through the forms was very nice and patient. Was able to finally chose another payment option.
