Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Worth the Price Erroneous amounts of forms were generated that didn't add to my refund--only changed format of my return as compared to previous years which will likely trigger an audit. Technical support was HORRIBLE. I had to call due to fields not populating when typed in, four times in 24 hours. I spent a total of 3.5 hours on the phone for help. Could've done my taxes manually--poor ROI.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Review of TurboTax live help I had some difficulties with some of the forms and had to use live help 2 different times. Both ladies were wonderful--patient, cheerful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with ! I would have been lost without them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Business has bugs TTB does not properly handle Disregarded Entities who use only a SSN. It will not accept a SSN for a Disregarded Entity which requires you to file a paper return rather than e-filing. Also it does not allow you to e-file a Minnesota partnership return. It creates extra work for the user.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Charged additional fees for exact refund in 2021 I was disappointed to see that I had to pay $117 for fees that I have never had to pay before. My taxes have been the same for 10 years. However, this year I get charged fees. I will be looking for a different tax filer next year.
