Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10 year user Have used Turbo tax for 10 years now. the last three years I have had an automatic billing for the years turbo tax software. but every year I have to pay at filing, call and get a refund. What is going on!! outside of that issue , I found 2020 form to be easier thn previous 2 years

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NOT SO GREAT Couldn't find some things, in some area it wouldn't let me skip and I had to start my Tax return all over. Couldn't find were to file my pension, using help was worthless.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Room for improvement Although, we saved money doing our own taxes this took me over 3 hours to complete because I requested help 3 different times and never once received a call on it. I was told my wait time was 19 minutes, 32 minutes and then 19 again. I never received Help, I had to use Google for help. We wont do this again, not worth saving 150 dollars
